Returns/Refunds:  NO returns on sale items, opened breast pumps, pump parts or books.  A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returned nursing bras and unopened breast pumps.  Seasonal items in new condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase and non-seasonal items in NEW condition within 60 days of purchase.  Shipping charges will NOT be refunded, nor do we cover shipping on returned items.

Sales Tax:  A sales tax of 7.25% will be charged to all orders shipped within North Carolina.
