ALWAYS PUMP WITH THE RIGHT SIZE FLANGE

A proper fit for your flange is key to pumping because:

    * Nine out of approximately 29 of your milk ducts are in the sides of your nipples so a flange that is too small will cut off just under one-third of your milk production while pumping
    * You are risking getting clogged ducts
    * A flange that is too small causes discomfort, risks sore and damaged nipples - both resulting in potentially lower milk production

Original sized flange plus two inserts so that the whole kit fits:

    * 25 mm
    * 28.5 mm
    * 30.5 mm

If you can tell that your nipple is brushing up against the sides of the flange as it gets pulled in, you probably should try a larger size and this kit lets you choose between three different sizes.  And sometimes one nipple may be larger than the other so the option of having three sizes is a great advantage to achieving proper pumping production.
